The service is provided "as is" and includes:

• Customization based on user preferences
• Continuous updates and improvements

2. Subscription and Payment

2.1 Pricing and Billing

• Our service costs €39 per cycle
• Billing occurs at the beginning of each subscription period
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

2.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled by the user
• Users can cancel their subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4.1 EU Consumer Rights

• You may not download, record, or redistribute our audio content

5.3 User Generated Content

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or content to Somnivox, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such content into our service without compensation to you.
